Kate is no stranger to change. She calls Austin home after living in the Midwest, the North, the Northwest, the Southeast, and Europe over the last 20+ years. Using her blend of calm, educational and encouraging personality, she taps her knowledge from her own relocations, and her expert problem-solving skills honed during her time as a Building Systems Mechanical Engineer to best reach her client's real estate goals. Licensed since 2006, Kate has acquired a deep knowledge of the real estate market, having helped hundreds of families find the right property, counseling them along the way to keep the process as smooth as possible. She has helped buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, commercial clients, and investors. Being a landlord herself, Kate is able to help clients think strategically about how to leverage real estate as a long-term income goal. My family and I lived in Houston's Inner Loop from 2014 to 2020. We bounced around from Pennsylvania and Florida before moving back to Katy in August 2023 and we couldn't be happier. As a realtor, it's my fiduciary duty and responsibility to inform clients the good and bad things that the Houston Greater area has to offer. Caveat: We love Houston, and I want others to love Houston as much as I do. So upfront disclosure is that I may be a little biased! With that said, I do not approach real estate as a salesman. I don't have or use a script when talking to people. I don't have a minimum budget I work with. I'm mindful to never put a client into a situation that is not in their best interests.
