Losing my sister was devastating in 2022. My sister did not have a will ,not married and no kids. Hiring lawyers and paying money to get my sister's estate probated is an expense that was not expected. The frustration and the grief currently put me on the path to study to become a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist. (More on that later). What I know know that I didn't know then will also help families understand to be prepared in these disappointing situations.
In addition to my work as a Realtor, I am a proud mother of two children. Daughter Erin Webb currently lives in Austin and has co-founded a semi-pro soccer team. My son, Dexter Webb Jr, resides in Colorado and love to and I have been happily married to my husband Dexter for 33 years and we are the proud owners of an investment property in Columbia.
