Annette Kiider

A native New Yorker, Annette Kiider started out in New York City real estate where she built a successful ten-year career specializing in Manhattan luxury sales and leasing on the Upper East and Upper West Sides and around Central Park. In January 2020, Annette made the move into Texas real estate, bringing her expertise in high-rise living to Douglas Elliman Real Estate Texas where she does sales for The River Oaks Condominium.

Always organized, determined, self-motivated and striving for success, Annette employs her skills to achieve the results her clients deserve—to purchase their dream home. Through her welcoming personality, she focuses on making sure they feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. Listening to her clients' needs, Annette evaluates the best options on the market and presents a solution with a clear path on how to get there. With a background in property management, Annette's expertise includes maintaining property grounds and building maintenance for commercial and residential properties in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Florida, North Carolina and Illinois. In this role, she supervised building maintenance staff and follow-through with maintenance issues for resolution and completion. She also handled projects simultaneously for the development of multi-family housing in the environmental phase.

A fitness and running enthusiast, Annette started her own personal training company in New York called NYC Get Fit, training people of all fitness levels, including athletes. She was also a running coach, and trained runners at highly competitive levels for marathons. Annette was a member of the New York Road Runners, ran competitively throughout the year, and ran six marathons, including qualifying for and running the 2011 Boston Marathon. Annette holds a Bachelor's degree in marketing communications and advertising with a minor in psychology, and an Associate's degree in business communication. In her spare time, Annette loves to travel and scuba dive around the world, visiting different cultures and learning about their way of life. She also volunteers at Texas Children's Hospital in the PICU and NICU. She lives with her fiancé and his three young children, and together they have three dogs and a cat.
