Anne Allare

I was born and raised in Tyler, Texas, in a big, loud, and fun family where life was never boring. My parents were die-hard Notre Dame fans, and it didn’t take long before I was one too. That passion carried me all the way from Texas to South Bend, Indiana, where I braved the snow to attend the University of Notre Dame. I graduated with degrees in Marketing and Arabic, but my heart had always been set on a career in law enforcement.

After volunteering at an orphanage in South Africa—a life-changing experience that deepened my passion for service—I returned home and joined the Austin Police Department in 2014. During my seven years with APD, I patrolled the southwest region of Austin, worked on a specialized team serving felony warrants on dangerous criminals, and even served part-time with the SWAT team.

When I became a mom, I knew it was time for a new chapter—one that was safer, more flexible, and allowed me to be more present for my growing family, while still fulfilling my calling to serve. My husband and I moved to the Hill Country to raise our children, and it quickly felt like home.

Today, I bring that same dedication, discipline, and heart for service into real estate. Whether it’s a first-time buyer, a family relocating, or someone looking for the perfect Hill Country retreat, I’m honored to help people find not just a house—but a place to truly call home.
