“If you are looking for a Realtor that is really passionate about every aspect of her real estate business, Angela is your type of agent. The overall experience right from the first meeting to deciding on pricing strategies to getting great pictures done and all the way to closing was 5 stars. The pics came out so good, for a moment, my wife and I were really questioning ourselves as to why we were selling our house!! But we already put a down payment on another house.... Angela's expertise about every little detail makes so much difference. For example, a couple of days before our scheduled closing, the HOA suddenly decided that our front yard was missing a 30 gallon ornamental tree - an oversight on the HOA's part. The HOA should have ensured that our builder had the necessary trees when the house was sold to us two years before. Angela jumped right on it and sorted out the issue in time for the closing. From my personal experience, dealing with HOA's is never quick or easy. And chasing a builder two years after owning a place is no fun either. Angela is completely open to listening to our perspective as a client and giving us the necessary information and data to make us feel comfortable. If we questioned a process or technique (and being a detail oriented, talk first & think later type of seller, I had a heck of a lot of questions and opinions) she took time to communicate in great detail with us. My only concern (if you can call it that), was that the first open house was delegated to another agent in her team - and in my opinion, they did not have the attention to detail or the level of knowledge that Angela had. Although we have friends and acquaintances who are real estate agents, we still chose Angela who was unknown to us and was referred to us by a family friend. We did not second guess our decision at any point of time - and this was a tough market to sell in. Thank you again Angela Kraushaar”
