I was a youth pastor in Alvin for many years, and I continue to have that strong desire to serve people. In 2014, I was named the Citizen of the Year by the Alvin-Manvel Area Chamber of Commerce. In the last few years, I served as the chair of the Youth Roundtable Committee for the Chamber. Currently, I am the chaplain for Alvin EMS, coach little league baseball, and I serve on the board of directors for the Alvin ISD Education Foundation, Alvin FFA Alumni and Supporters, and Brazoria County Alliance for Children. Christina is a long-time resident of Alvin. She is an Alvin High School alumni and attended Alvin Community College. She later got married and had 4 children, 3 sporty boys and a ballerina. While staying at home to raise her children, Christina began her baking business and has become well known in the area. She has a heart for helping her community, is involved with her church and has been a Youth Empowering Team (YET) mentor for the past 4 years.
