Albert is an enthusiastic and dedicated Houston Area Realtor with a true commitment to helping you with the sale, purchase, or lease of your home. Originally from Austin, Albert moved to Houston when his wife wanted to return to her hometown, bringing with him an extensive history of client-focused customer care and breadth of knowledge in land management. His education and life experiences have helped him to quickly identify his clients’ needs, leverage local resources, and help them accomplish their goals. After serving in the US Army as a medic, Albert obtained a Bachelor’s in Agricultural Business and Management and a Master’s in Land Use Management and Development from Texas State University in San Marcos. Albert believes in the importance of being an active listener and communicator to ensure clients are kept informed through the entire process. Albert holds a mediation certificate and puts his dispute resolution skills to use as a patient but firm negotiator, committed to getting the best deal for his clients. Additionally, based on his love for the environment and focus on sustainable and conscientious living, Albert became a LEED Accredited Professional. In doing so, Albert hopes to help promote green building as a way to help clients save money and resources while leaving a positive impact on the health of homeowners.
