“Alan needs to understand email is a more convenient communication tool for some clients than using the phone. He snapped at me when I emailed him and actually told me NOT to email him but to call him. He also talks over me and even hung up on me one time, because he wasn't listening that I was still talking. He is, however, an incredible realtor at getting a house sold fast. I was willing to put up with the communication issues, because he is so good at what he does. ”
“Very professional, knowledgeable, well connected. Still, during negotiations I felt this agency was more interested in closing the deal than anything else. Advice sometimes bordered on pandering. Sometimes, the advice seemed driven solely to push the deal forward. In short, trust of the agency was falling by sell. To move a house in a short period of time in this neighborhood, this is the agency to use. To maximize return on investment or to buy a home, I'd not recommend. ”
