Born into and raised in a ranching family in Cisco, Texas, Stephen Reich early on developed a strong work ethic that was the basis of understanding a long work day sometimes went far beyond 8:00-to-5:00. It was this work ethic, along with his natural business acumen, that drove him toward success. Drawing on his discipline and ambition, Stephen left Cisco to pursue his Bachelor's Degree, soon following that with earning his MBA from Tarleton State University. With degree in hand, Stephen set his sights on Fort Worth, eager to see what the world had to offer a young man on the cusp of his career. Stephen welcomes a challenge, tackling any venture with the enthusiasm and strategic planning needed to see it through to success. She then went on to work for a builder, helping to facilitate an average of 30 closings a month and helped grow the rental portfolio to over 125 commercial and residential properties. Tammy's extensive experience in both financing and real estate provide her a unique intuition and savvy wherewithal to help her clients find successful properties for their investment needs. When Tammy isn't working she enjoys helping her husband with their cattle operation on her their ranch, spending time with her family and being active in their church. Kandy Hale Maberry was raised in the close-knit community of Graham, TX. She attended Texas Christian University where she earned her BFA in Art Education was a member of the Tri Delta sorority and on the TCU Showgirls pom squad. Kandy then finished her higher education with a Master of Arts Degree from Vermont College in Art Therapy. Her love for combining her passion for art and her fascination with people into her daily work was a natural fit for real estate. In 1994, Kandy dove into the Dallas real estate market as an assistant to Carolyn Shamis. She was a licensed agent and served as an art and design specialist by helping Shamis stage homes to sell. Throughout her years selling homes in the Dallas market, she continued to learn the business by working for two other powerhouse brokers, Allie Beth Allman and Bettie Abio. In 2001, Kandy moved to Fort Worth with her architect husband and family and continued her residential real estate sales pursuit by working for Brants Realtors. While in Fort Worth, she was an active member of the Junior League of Fort Worth, the Modern Art Museum and The First United Methodist Church. In 2005, the Maberry family moved west, back to Graham, where Kandy chased other dreams of managing a fashion company, owning an art gallery and teaching in the Graham public school system. Just last year Kandy and family found themselves back in the West FW/Aledo area where she has returned to her true passion for selling real estate. Kandy and her husband Matt have two children, 19 and 16. Their daughter attends Ole Miss and their son is active in school and athletic programs with college in the near future.

Deborah Bailey helps her clients buy and sell homes in Tarrant, Parker and Palo Pinto counties. She has consistently been recognized among her peers as a top producer as well as by the Fort Worth, Texas Magazine and her office. Deborah has been a resident of Tarrant and Parker county for 48 years. She attended Aledo ISD until she graduated in 1987. Deborah attended Texas Christian University where she received her Bachelor of Science in RTVF with a minor in Psychology. In 1991, Deborah was also a Horned Frog Cheerleader and during graduate school founded The Cheer Connection, which she grew into the largest cheer gym in Fort Worth. She sold TCC in 1998 and continued to work as an admission associate as well as the cheerleading program director for All Saints' Episcopal School until 2008. Deborah is married to Clint Bailey, owner of BAILEY AUTO PLAZA in Graham, Texas. They also reside part-time in Palo Pinto county as founding homeowners of The Harbor at Possum Kingdom Lake. With their two children, now in college at the University of Texas and the University of Alabama, they are now officially empty nesters. Deborah became a licensed real estate agent in 2014 and has achieved the designations of Certified Negotiation Specialist and Luxury Home Specialist.
