After handling marketing for a Real Estate Company while attending Pearland High School, Joe developed a passion for real estate and obtained his license soon after high school graduation. Having also spent time working for a start up company in the Houston area, Joe brings a wide variety of skills that make the real estate transaction as simple as possible for his clients. His vast knowledge of the Houston area combined with his extensive knowledge of the real estate process streamlines the home buying and selling process for his clients.

Savannah is a graduate from Penn State University with a BS in Management & Marketing. Soon after graduation, she has found her home here in the Clear Lake area. Savannah comes from a background in both customer service and sales, and prides herself in building strong relationships with her clients and putting their needs first in helping find their perfect home. When she's not in the office, she loves enjoying all things outdoors, from hiking and kayaking, and spending time with her family and sweet chocolate lab, Chewie. Travis Manning takes his role as a realtor very seriously. Real estate is a family affair for Travis as his wife and mother in-law are both associated with Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty. Prior to real estate, Travis was in medical device sales where he learned valuable lessons about working with many different types of clients.

He developed the desire to be assured that in each transaction his client's needs and desires were not only met but exceeded. He is always willing to go the extra mile, working 24-7 to ensure his customers have the most enjoyable, stress-free buying or selling experience possible. Having a soft spot for animals, Travis volunteers at local animal shelters. He also volunteers with the Ronald McDonald House where he is grateful for the opportunity to help ease the burden for the children and families.

Born and raised in Houston, Jordan is very familiar with this great city! Currently living inside the loop, Jordan is knowledgeable in many areas of Houston! Jordan grew up in Clear Lake, graduated from Texas State University with a degree in marketing and has been in sales ever since! Jordan broke large records in her past sales position, we can only wait to see what she does with our team.
