Prior to Martha Jefferies’ real estate career, the Bay Area-native spent 16 years in one of the mainstays of the Houston economy: the chemical industry. Martha was an industry trainer and taught relationship building to employees across the United States. Her curriculum included developing superior communication skills, conflict resolution tools, and behavior-based safety techniques.

As a Realtor, Martha’s professional expertise and fluent Spanish are invaluable when communicating with her wide-range of clients, identifying their needs, and resolving issues that crop up in the course of their transactions. “I love the challenge of helping people realize the American dream – home ownership. Her time-off is spent working out at the South Shore Fitness Center, boating and skiing on Clear Lake, and attending music concerts on the weekends. She is the mother of two adult sons; one is a professional firefighter and the other an attorney.

Jodi L Vinson was born in Harris County and has lived in Liberty, Brazoria, Hardin, and Jefferson County. This has given her an opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses and people. She became a licensed Real Estate agent in 2019. Forming relationships in my community is one of the most important aspects of my real estate career. Jodi enjoys working around the coastal area. What excites Jodi about Galveston, Brazoria, and Harris County is that it really provides a large area for anyone looking to buy or sell a home.



Jodi has not always been in real estate. She spent eight years as a Juvenile Probation/TYC Parole Officers before joining a Property Management Company in 2012 as a Supervisor. In 2022, she was promoted to the position of Vice President of Commercial Acquisitions for the company.

Leslie received her B.S. in Psychology from Texas A&M University in 2000 and her MBA from St. Thomas University in Houston in 2004. She stays active with her two children and husband in Friendswood.
