Moving to the Houston Area from Chicago. I flew to Texas about five times before I made my final decision. During this transition I could not get a Realtor that I felt could handle my needs from Chicago. So I quickly got aquatinted with the entire city in a short amount of time before making the big move, I physically searched and researched so many areas of Houston in a short period of time. You know the old saying " If you want something done right, do it yourself".
Once I moved to the Houston Area. I became an Investor buying and rehabbing properties, while still working a full-time job.
