Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Gerardo Gonzalez moved to Houston 5 years ago. He loves how culturally diverse Houston is, and he has enjoyed all that the city has to offer. Gerardo has spent the last 10 years working as a property manager and investor. He has always had an interest in real estate and rehabbing homes, a passion he acquired after growing up watching his family work in the real estate industry.

Considering his background, it seemed like the natural next step for Gerardo to obtain his real estate license. Craig Ritchie is blessed to have the passion to help his clients easily and smoothly sell their homes. Craig Ritchie has the experience and extensive knowledge of the local neighborhoods, unmatchable client communication, organization and negotiation skills. Craig is a native Texan and the son of a highly successful real estate broker mother and remodeler/home builder father. After graduating from school, he entered the workforce in the oil industry as a buyer. With his skills in negotiation and determination, he quickly rose through the ranks to the position of purchasing manager of one of Houston's largest oilfield steel fabricators. He used his negotiation skills and hard work ethic to the benefit of his company until his retirement as Refinery Purchasing Manager of a 280,000 barrel per day refinery in the country of Aruba. After accepting an early retirement package, he quickly got tired of watching the grass grow and waiting for the fish to bite. Craig decided to follow in his mother's footsteps and enter the real estate business. Since 2010, he has sold homes for both a national home builder and individuals in the Lake Conroe, Houston, San Antonio, and Dallas area. He thoroughly enjoys working with all home buyers and sellers and in particular, first time buyers. What Craig most enjoys is handing over the keys to a first-time homeowner.

Craig Ritchie is members of the Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. He specialize in selling Lake Conroe properties, as well as homes in Montgomery County, San Antonio, and Dallas. I'm a born and raised Texan from Fort Worth. My studies took me to Arizona (ASU) and then across the pond to Regensberg, Germany. After college, life took me to many places to visit and live all over the United States, other Continents, and I have the travel bug and love new frontiers. That is why no matter where I go, I always come home to Texas. My love of Real Estate, architecture and the little nuances that make every property unique were a big part of my decision to change directions and get into the business as a sales agent years ago.
