Felicia was born in Brooklyn, New York and was raised on the paradise island of St. Thomas United States Virgin Islands. Although she loved living in the warm climate of the Virgin Islands where she is deep rooted, after High School, Felicia relocated from St. Thomas to Norfolk, Virginia to attend college and later relocated to Houston, TX where she has been a resident since December 1989. Felicia went on to attend and graduate from Prairie View A&M University where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering. Felicia is also a Certified Public Manger (CPM).
Her knowledge gained from working as an engineer and senior project manager, has provided her with valuable "best practice" skills that she utilizes daily in executing real estate negotiations, educating home buyers and sellers as well marketing the team's listings. In fact, my favorite part of the city is First Colony Mall because it is the heart of Sugar Land and is always busy, always being updated and always lively!
