Growing up in the Middle East, Sahar Mutammara moved to the U.S. in late 1990 after graduation from high school. She began her college education at Baylor University in Waco, TX before moving to Houston where she earned her Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston in 1995. In 2002 Sahar Mutammara earned her real estate license and later in the year began a successful 10 year real estate career with the Keller Williams Realty office in Sugar Land, TX. While based in Sugar Land Sahars career has evolved to span the entire Houston metropolitan area. In late 2012 Sahar received and accepted an invitation to join the successful team of Prime Properties where she continues to provide excellent service to her clients. Margaret grew up in Manassas, VA. She graduated from George Mason University with a BA degree in Mathematics. Margaret and her husband have three children and a grandson.

Margaret started her real estate career in 2005 in Delaware. In 2006, her family moved to North Carolina where she earned her real estate license in North Carolina and Virginia. As a realtor in North Carolina, she served on the Board of Realtors from 2011-2013 and was the President of the Board of Realtors in 2013. In 2014, Margaret and her family moved to the suburbs of Houston, TX.
