Terry graduated from Houston's Rice University with a degree in economics and French. He received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1990, his real estate broker's license in Maryland in 2002, and his Texas sales agent license in 2020.
Terry and his wife, Angie, a teacher, live in Sugar Land, Texas; Terry is a deacon at Providence Presbyterian Church in Sugar Land. The Brennans have 3 grown children.

Kassie has lived in the Houston area for over six years. She and her husband, Nathan, a teacher and seminarian, love and attend Providence Presbyterian Church in Sugar Land.

Jie is a Chinese-American and longtime Houstonian. AJ Bez is a Realtor with Benevides and Associates serving Sugar Land and surrounding areas. AJ relocated to Texas from the North East eight years ago. She says she was tired of cold weather and shoveling snow.

A graduate of Arizona State University and University of Pittsburgh she has a degree in Communication as well as a Paralegal Studies Certificate. Both serve her well in Real Estate.
