Sahar Khatib born to a Lebanese parents was raised in Monrovia, Liberia. earned her Bachelor's In Computer Science At Lebanese American university. Determined to be independent, Sahar got sponsored by NASA for grad school in 2001, she attended West Virginia University and earned a Masters Degree in Software Engineering. In 2017 switched to real estate because of my passion to help people. With 20 years experience in negotiation and volunteer work with red cross and schools, my real estate business is my source of joy. I look forward to touching lives as much as I can in this journey.

Pablo retired from Engineering after 25 years in the Energy Industry. While working as an Engineer, Pablo invested in real estate and became passionate about it. Because Pablo wants to help others achieve their dreams of owning a home, he became a real estate agent. Pablo has lived in the Sugar Land and Missouri City area for more than 30 years. Felicia was born in Brooklyn, New York and was raised on the paradise island of St. Thomas United States Virgin Islands. Although she loved living in the warm climate of the Virgin Islands where she is deep rooted, after High School, Felicia relocated from St. Thomas to Norfolk, Virginia to attend college and later relocated to Houston, TX where she has been a resident since December 1989. Felicia went on to attend and graduate from Prairie View A&M University where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering. Felicia is also a Certified Public Manger (CPM).

Her knowledge gained from working as an engineer and senior project manager, has provided her with valuable "best practice" skills that she utilizes daily in executing real estate negotiations, educating home buyers and sellers as well marketing the team's listings. Felicia is an enthusiastic, customer driven individual dedicated to achieving results as well as providing superior service.

October 2018, she became the first black Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert™. May 2021, she became the first female President of the Houston, TX Chapter of Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals.
