Stephen Sahagian

Stephen Sahagian has lived in the Gulf Coast region for 20+ years with a 5 year period in "Cowtown"-Fort Worth, where he attended ministry school and received his license in real estate through Purvis Real Estate Institute. Spending 3 years as property manager in the lucrative TCU area, he has experience representing investors in transactions, as well as keeping both tenants and owners appeased.

Sahagian recently moved back to the Houston area to be with family and pursue his career in residential and commercial real estate.

Member of the National Association Of Realtors,Texas Association Of Realtors & Houston Association of Realtors, his ambition is to find properties of the best value while facilitating an ethical and educational experience for his clients.

Steve is involved in giving to the non-profit organization Locks of Love. Holding donation events to raise awareness for the children and adults that suffer hair loss from Alopecia Areata, Cancer treatments, and burns.
