“Got a nice price for our home, but very disappointing experience with Stephanie. She went AWOL as soon as deal was inked. Didn’t show up for pictures, staging, closing. Felt very under appreciated as a client. Have now closed 4 transactions with her repping us and she has really seemed to change during that time. Earlier this year we referred someone to her who sold a $600+ thousand home with her. Then, we soon afterward sold our own home for close to the same amount.
