Hi, I'm Kellie Hominick, a dedicated Realtor with Keller Williams. Originally from Fort Worth, Texas, I've spent the past 15 years living in Houston and have developed a deep understanding of the local area. My professional journey started right after high school when I ventured to Austin and joined Dell as a Sales and Support Coordinator. This experience allowed me to build a solid foundation in customer service. Seeking diverse opportunities, I explored the Hospitality Industry before finding my passion in creative marketing as a Promotions Assistant at CBS Radio. I am a devoted member of John Wesley Church, where my faith plays a central role in my life. God is number one, and I am grateful for His guidance and blessings. Volunteering is also important to me and I'm actively involved in my church as well as my favorite Bible Camp, where I had the privilege of attending as a child. Giving back and helping others with the intention of making a positive impact in someone's life are deeply fulfilling to me! Outside of work, I find great joy in spending time with my amazing husband and wonderful family. Family values are at the core of who I am, and their love and support fuel my drive to provide exceptional service to my clients. As an outdoor enthusiast, you'll often find me embracing nature and enjoying activities such as trail running, mountain biking, hiking, and camping. I love being outside and getting back to the root of all things. Throughout my various ventures, my love for architecture and interior design never waned. As a luxury real estate agent at Houston Homes Legacy Group, Jossie assists clients and investors in discovering their ideal homes or investment properties in The Woodlands and Conroe, TX. She became a part of the Houston Homes Legacy Group in 2022 and has been a resident of Conroe since 2010. Before entering the real estate field, Jossie acquired professional experience in architecture, home remodeling, and sales, equipping her with a distinctive viewpoint for handling real estate transactions. All Star Properties is a professionally staffed real estate office founded by the Gulitti family in 1984 to serve residential buyers and sellers, and specializes in property management for our investor clients throughout Houston and surrounding areas. Danielle FitzGibbons joined Keller Williams in 2015 to begin a career as a real estate agent. She obtained her real estate license in 2014. She graduated UTSA with a BA in Marketing. Her experience in marketing and research has created many avenues for her to expand her knowledge and creativity in the real estate market. Prior to joining Keller Williams, she spent five years working in the commercial real estate market. During this time she was involved in creating of marketing materials, ads for magazines, detailed aerial maps, running demographic reports and conducting various market researches. Danielle had the opportunity to work on multiple residential and commercial development projects. She was also involved in researching market trends and conducting competitive analysis in the commercial real estate industry. These experiences are what drove her interest to become a real estate agent. During the past few years she has continued to educate herself in the real estate industry attending seminars to keep up with changes in the real estate market. She has acquired several repeat clients and referrals from clients. Her goal is to make the real estate buying or selling process worry free for her clients.

Performing above expectations and providing exceptional customer service to achieve all of her client’s goals is always Jennifer Powell’s primary objective. Because she believes buying or selling a home is one of life’s more important moments, she finds it very gratifying and rewarding to help people find a home that matches their needs and gives them joy.

With 30+ years of experience in sales, marketing and public relations for media, a Fortune 500 company and a non-profit, Jennifer developed some of the most important skills she needed to become a successful Realtor - patience, organization, and being a good listener. Known for her persistence, dedication and her ability to trouble-shoot, problem-solve, and negotiate, she also learned to be a networking self-starter, efficient time manager, and an effective and resourceful researcher who is precise with good follow-through.

Calm under pressure with the ability to find a solution to almost any problem, Jennifer is level-headed, conscientious, and diplomatic and gives great attention to all the small details in a real estate transaction that make her clients’ buying or selling experiences positive ones.

Her caring attitude extends to her personal life as well. Because she finds great personal enjoyment in meeting new people and in helping others, she volunteers with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo and is a member of the American Association of University Women. A “naturalized” Houstonian since the age of 15, Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Journalism with a major in Public Relations from the University of Texas at Austin.
