Hi There, My name is Lonnica Mckelvin! I am a realtor in Houston, Texas and have been a sales agent for a little over 10 months now. I graduated from Texas Southern University in 2016 where I earned my BBA in Accounting. From there I landed a big-time job in Corporate America working as a Financial Institution Specialist/ Bank Examiner where I learned a mass of information that would take hours to explain to the average person. In a nutshell I gained a wealth of knowledge as it relates to the economy, the market, interest rates, lending, and real estate.
