I startred out as an apartment manager in Austin Texas. After several years as a manager I decided to become a realtor sales agent and continued working in Austin. I then moved to San Antonio and worked as an agent for 10 years. I moved back to the Austin - Round Rock area in 1998 after spending a year in Afghanistan.
I have over 25 years in the Real Estate / Construction / Office Management field in both residential and commercial properties. Supervised and coordinated the purchase and construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction, ensuring all project are completed as scheduled and within budget. Superintendent / assistant superintendent overseeing the planning and scheduling implementation of the clients request per the contract, work as a liaison between contractors and sub-contractors. (On all real estate and construction projects.)
My knowledge of the local Austin Metro real estate market is finding new homes for people in the booming North and Northeast communities. Pflugerville, Round Rock and Hutto are popular for those seeking tech jobs. Georgetown TX is North of The Austin Metro. It's more for those who'd rather not be directly in the big city mix, yet it's only 20 minutes away when the mood strikes.
