Kendra Dempsey is the Broker Associate/Owner of Willow Haven Realty located in New Caney, TX. Kendra grew up in Kingwood and has been proud to call East Montgomery County home for her and her husband of over 20 years. Kendra came to the real estate business after 11 years as a Property & Casualty Insurance Agent.





Kendra specializes with first time home buyers and strives to have the best knowledge for them during this process to make the 1st home purchase not the last. She also works heavily with sellers to get their home sold for top dollar! Kendra has sold numerous homes in Montgomery, Harris, and Liberty Counties.





Kendra has also been awarded the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award.





Kendra has also made the commitment of her time, gifts and talents in the past to working with Girl Scouts of America along with the Rotary Club. Kendra is also a proud member of the East Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce and is a Phi Theta Kappa Alum.

As a lifelong Houstonian, David understands the benefits each different community offers within the Greater Houston Area. David graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor's degree in Sport Management, and subsequently returned to Houston where he excelled as a project manager and sales consultant for 6+ years.

In 2017, David had an opportunity to transform one of his personal hobbies of photography into an occupation as he began shooting photos and videos of homes for Premier Realty Services. During this time, he developed a keen eye for the unique features of homes and how to effectively market each property. At the same time, this also allowed him to grow familiar with different neighborhoods and suburbs all over Houston.

In 2021, David decided the next natural step in his career would be to become a full on real estate agent. By utilizing his recently acquired skills for showcasing homes, along with his previous experience in customer service, David provides a unique edge through the home buying process. Also, as an added bonus, his impeccable photography skills make him an immeasurable asset to his sellers!

Joy Fraley received her Real Estate license in 2013 from Champions School of Real Estate. Joy also holds the Accredited Buyer's Representative(ABR) and GREEN Designations. Joy has lived in Houston for the past 40 years with international travels to live in 6 other countries(Venezuela, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, England, Peru, and Columbia). Joy understands the challenge of finding a home, packing all your belongs, and the emotional roller coaster of leaving friends and family. Joy listens to your concerns and helps guide you to your goals when buying or selling a home.

I was born and raised in the vibrant city of Houston, Texas. My parents immigrated from Aguascalientes, Mexico and worked in construction. After I graduated from the University of Houston, I enjoyed six years as an English teacher for a charter school. As a former teacher, I bring many valuable skills including: time management, effective communication, patience, hard work, analytical skills, technology experience, professionalism, psychology, critical thinking, organization, and more.

I transitioned into real estate because I want to continue helping people succeed. I strive to provide new or experienced clients a peace of mind with their real estate transactions.
