I have over 20 years' experience in the Real Estate industry. I started my career in Real Estate as a receptionist with Forest & Associates Realtors in the Champions area of Houston in 1996. I continued my Real Estate career when I moved to the Bryan/College Station area where I worked as an Office Manager for Century 21 Beal. In 2001 I received my Real Estate license and was a licensed assistant for a top agent at Century 21 Beal. In 2003 I relocated to the Conroe area making Montgomery County my home. I furthered my Real Estate career with Coldwell Banker United, Realtors as a Relocation Coordinator in the Relocation Department earning the prestigious USAA Eagle Award. In 2005 I started the In-House Inventory Department where I acquired my vast knowledge of Relocation transactions and Foreclosure/REO sales. In 2014 I transitioned to the Woodlands Office with Coldwell Banker United and I continued to work with buyers and sellers. Throughout my career I have become a professional in the Real Estate industry and I was highly regarded by my clients, other agents and other professionals in the industry. As the Sales Manager with Century 21 Realty Partners, my goal is to help new agents with training, mentoring and coaching to kick start their career in Real Estate career and to help agents that have been in the business awhile take their Real Estate business to the next level. My goal is to help you succeed and to help you set the foundation to reach your goals. I firmly believe that if you set your goals and work hard, you can achieve anything!

I am a Realtor for over 30 years I bought my first property when I was 18 and I believe in the rights of property ownership for everyone. This is what drives me to assist in the process for my clients. There is nothing more satisfying than when my clients have achieved ownership, I have worked for a few brokerages over the years won some awards along the way but the most satisfying is when a client has referred me to a family member or friend or came back repeatedly over the years, I treat everyone the way I want to be treated. I was born and raised in the Houston area. After a lengthy home search in various communities around Houston, myself, my husband and two kids landed in the Magnolia area in 2008. Our goal in our home search was to find a forever home for our family to grow with, and create wonderful lifetime memories. Magnolia was the perfect landing place for us, and we have thoroughly enjoy living in the Magnolia area.

My former position as a client service director for one of the nation’s top veterinary specialty practices gave me years of experience in assisting people in emotionally stressful situations. And although buying or selling a home is hopefully a happier venture than a critically ill pet, it still can come with stress.

To ensure a successful experience, I utilize my talent for guiding people through unfamiliar and emotional processes, as well as my skill and experience in negotiating, understanding and explaining contracts, and remaining calm under pressure. My motivation for a career change to the field of real estate evolved from my passion for the housing market and helping people achieve their personal goals. It was time for a switch from helping clients through unexpected and unwanted life changing problems, to helping make dreams come true.
