“Choosing Kevan was a great choice as our Realtor. Let's get to the point so you guys can choose the right person to represent you. First, I did quite a bit of research and looked at top agents in the area with consistently high ratings from past clients. Out of the top 6, I interviewed and asked for comps. There were many reasons why I ended up choosing Kevan. Here's a quick list. Quick response - Immediately available in most cases, if not, always got back to me in a timely manner. This included paperwork as well as answering questions, showing the property, working other teams like our property managers and buyer's agent. Very knowledgeable in the area. We original priced it a few weeks early, saw prices were rising and was able to mark it up to new values and received quite a few showings and a few offers in less than 2 weeks. Kevan took charge of updating me on the contractor's progress and even as we approached the finished repairs, he place a sign in the yard that said "coming soon". As soon as we listed we had multiple offers and a bidding war. Kevan also made the arrangements for us to a remote location close so that we did not have to travel back to Houston.
