Kelly was the listing agent on a home that my Buyers selected to purchase/build. I was impressed with Kelly from beginning to the end of this process. My Buyers were building their home from the ground up, which can be very stressful. Kelly emailed weekly updates to me/my Buyers regarding the progress of the home, and even sent photos of their new home as it was being built. I have worked with many builders/sales agents on new builds and can tell you that I never have had this level of customer service. My Buyers were kept updated, and any concerns they had were addressed immediatly by Kelly and the Builder. I believed Kelly to be geniunly concerned with ensuring that the Buyers were treated professionally, and happy during and beyond closing. I would be thrilled to work with Kelly on another Real Estate sale.
