Graduated from the University of Cincinnati w/ a Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Real Estate. Have managed commercial real estate holdings for large firms in Cincinnati, Ohio and Houston. Duties included managing office buildings and shopping centers, providing financial reporting to institutional investors, reviewing contracts, overseeing major repairs and build-outs, contracting and supervising personnel, negotiating Leases, and day to day operations. Active investor in Real Estate, manage properties for my portfolio and other investors. Provide Investment options for clients and assist in securing financing. Born and raised in Venezuela with an Industrial Engineering degree and Sales background, my family and I moved to Texas in 2007 thanks to my husband's job transfer and we are truly blessed to live in Katy and give our three kids so many opportunities to study and have extra curricular activities in a multicultural community.
