Born and raised in Alaska, Raj is a construction engineer by trade and he shares his in-depth knowledge of remodeling with his clients. He graduated with a civil engineering degree from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and later pursued a 17 year career in civil and construction engineering in Alaska, Washington, Oregon and Florida. He also holds two graduate degrees (M.S., Civil Engineering, Florida International University) (MBA, Finance, Barry University) in Miami. He has been a public educator in Texas for 5+ years teaching engineering and architecture courses for Houston's top-ranked school district, Katy ISD. He comes from a family of real estate investors and has experience serving in the role of property manager for a multi-unit complex as well as residential homes.
