Born and raised in Alaska, Raj is a construction engineer by trade and he shares his in-depth knowledge of remodeling with his clients. He graduated with a civil engineering degree from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and later pursued a 17 year career in civil and construction engineering in Alaska, Washington, Oregon and Florida. He also holds two graduate degrees (M.S., Civil Engineering, Florida International University) (MBA, Finance, Barry University) in Miami. He has been a public educator in Texas for 5+ years teaching engineering and architecture courses for Houston's top-ranked school district, Katy ISD. He comes from a family of real estate investors and has experience serving in the role of property manager for a multi-unit complex as well as residential homes. He is multilingual, including Spanish.

Having been trained as an Architect my career evolved into Interior Design. I combined both and took the next logical step, buying and selling Real Estate. In 2017, when he was expecting a second child, he sought a career shift that allowed him more family time. Tran then decided to translate his values of hard work and helping others into a real estate career.

With a focus on helping people achieve the dream of homeownership, Tran decided to transition into a full-time real estate career in 2019, specializing in residential single family home and commercial industrial.
