Staring in 2004, I moved the family to Houston and became the Advertising & Marketing Coordinator for Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA), responsible for creating and monitoring advertising efforts for 35 + franchise locations in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Tennessee, Missouri, & Georgia. In late 2004, my responsibilities at CBA shifted gradually away from Advertising & Marketing into assisting CBA leadership in franchise project management & land acquisition. Ultimately being named Vice-President of Real Estate and founding Hovis Properties in 2006. Serving and leading the internal real estate process for CBA while simultaneously acting as a broker/contractor/consultant on all CBA projects led to the development of my passions and gave me unique insight into how to better select real estate to maximize CBA's brand presence. During my time on CBA Leadership Team, I was responsible for national strategic market growth and land acquisition and oversaw $200,000,000 in CBA real estate development in 24 states.
