Briefly about me! After living out of the country for 12 years in Indonesia, Pakistan and Dubai, my husband and I returned to Houston. I opened a retail store in Old Town Katy Imagine That Creations a one stop decorating accessories center. I worked with clients and Realtors, decorating and consulting for 5 years before deciding to close the doors in 2006 to get my real estate license.

2009 I started my own brokerage Imagine Realty International with the intent of creating a place where agents could thrive and clients received the best service available with an International reach as well as expat perspective.

Geoff Hyatt (The Big Kahuna) and his wife, Kim operate under their brokerage Big Kahuna Realty. We are Texas transplants from Kansas and have over 10 years of real estate experience. We have two children and two dogs! Our love for the Aloha spirit started when we spent our honeymoon on the island of Maui and decided to bring that spirit for life back home with us and share it with everyone we meet and make everyone part of our Ohana (Family).

Geoff has worked for several large corporations and several small ones before venturing out to start Big Kahuna Realty. He was also part of one of the largest teams in the Houston area but preferred the attention he could give his clients being in a smaller setting on his own. Geoff was also an owner of a big brand named brokerage in the industry before deciding to Make Waves on his own with Big Kahuna Realty.

Veronica Martinez is a real estate professional who resides in Katy, Texas, but is a native born and raised Houstonian. She is self driven with an engaging personality and is passionate about assisting people with their real estate transactions in various life stages. She is familiar with the surrounding areas of Houston, especially West Houston.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Veronica came from the "Corporate America World" where she spent several years in the payroll and human resource profession and received her CPP through the American Payroll Association. She has developed core skills in finance, strategic thinking and has a problem solving mindset. She completed her Real Estate training through the Austin Real Estate Business School. Backed by the Number One Broker in Houston, Better Homes and Gardens-Gary Greene, she continues to take extensive training through their programs.

When Veronica is not working she volunteers with the youth at church, loves crafting, watching football (Go Texans) and spending time with her husband Joey of 17 years and their two kids Nina and Aaron. She is ready to walk by your side to help you achieve your goals during the biggest transaction of your life and will advocate for you.
