The challenge for Jing was we were not in US, which means Jing had do more than just a realtor to handle the process, but also including repair the house before putting on market, taking care of the utilities, liaison with the insurance company, taking care of the swimming pool etc. During the whole house selling process, Jing travelled many times to our house to check the repair status, verify the repair result, check the swimming pool water level etc. We knew that Jing is always quite busy, but she really spent a lot of time taking care of our house, with the sacrifice of her own house.
