Hi, my name is Mari Montgomery and I've been either working in real estate or wishing I were working in real estate for as long as I can remember.
Fourteen years ago, I decided to follow a dream. A dream of helping others find their home and staging and selling homes
I am as happy as a pig in mud.
I started on my own, grew into a having a team and employees and a large building.
I realized management did not fulfill me. I LOVE my clients, and I didn't get to see my CLIENTS & get to really know them. I missed THAT.
So, I've come full circle to being back on my own.

Our buyers, sellers, and property management clients range from multi-family investors to recreational lake home owners to owner-occupied residential homes. Close proximity to Sam Houston State University offers us some unique challenges and opportunities with student and faculty housing needs; we enjoy working with these newcomers to our area.
