My introduction into real estate came about through a love of working with people and because of my organizational skills and efficiency. I managed a local real estate office for over a year and from the encouragement of brokers and agents decided to go in to full time real estate sales.

I love this business! What drives me each day is the opportunity to help someone. As the Broker/Owner of Emblem Properties, I am able to continue to help clients whether they are selling or buying real estate and work with our team of agents as they serve even more clients. G.K. (JEFF) MARKHAM is the principal broker for MARKHAM REALTY, INC. He has 49 years experience in real estate sales, establishing Markham Realty in 1970. His expertise is primarily in land, including acreage investments, ranches, timberlands, hunting properties and weekend retreats. He is also involved in commercial properties in and around the Huntsville area. Jeff was born in Huntsville, graduated from Deer Park High School, and attended Sam Houston State University (1966-1970) majoring in Agribusiness. He has been involved with the Walker County Fair Association since 1981, serving as a vice-president for six years and pro-rodeo chairman for the first nine years of the event. He is a member of the First United Methodist Church of Huntsville. Jeff feels that Huntsville, Walker County, and the surrounding area offer an exciting future.

Robbi Flack graduated from Texas Christian University in May of 2018 with a business degree in Entrepreneurial Management and Marketing. She has experience working in real estate throughout her college career, providing an excellent foundation for her entrance into the industry. Robbi's experience with management and marketing gives her an advantage beyond her years. She is an ambitious, determined, and trustworthy individual who will give her all to make sure her clients are satisfied!

I believe that you should treat others as you would want to be treated. I have the Graduate Realtors Institute Designation (GRI) and I am constantly learning more about the real estate world with continuing education. I handle both Residential and Commercial real estate.
