After graduating from Texas A&M, Alicia pursued her master's degree at University of Nebraska Lincoln. G.K. (JEFF) MARKHAM is the principal broker for MARKHAM REALTY, INC. He has 49 years experience in real estate sales, establishing Markham Realty in 1970. His expertise is primarily in land, including acreage investments, ranches, timberlands, hunting properties and weekend retreats. He is also involved in commercial properties in and around the Huntsville area. Jeff was born in Huntsville, graduated from Deer Park High School, and attended Sam Houston State University (1966-1970) majoring in Agribusiness. He has been involved with the Walker County Fair Association since 1981, serving as a vice-president for six years and pro-rodeo chairman for the first nine years of the event. He is a member of the First United Methodist Church of Huntsville. Jeff feels that Huntsville, Walker County, and the surrounding area offer an exciting future.
