He came to Texas on vacation 20+ years ago and chose to make it his home. His diverse background can benefit you as he has had personal experience in residential sales/flips, land sales/investments/owner financing, and commercial sales/investments for the last 18+ years. He is also an active real estate investor experienced in residential, land, and commercial properties with ownership in 850+ multifamily units. He has received the Certified Commercial Investment Member(CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute, the Accredited Land Consultant(ALC) designation from the Realtors Land Institute, and the Real Estate Negotiation Expert(RENE) certification from the National Association of Realtors. He is one of approximately 200 real estate practitioners worldwide that hold both the CCIM and ALC designations. JC is a Director of the Tall Pines Association of Realtors, a Board Member of Restore Texas Ministries, a proud father of 3 children, and the husband of a beautiful & loving wife. I am a realtor for one reason. I want better for you than I had for myself. So, when I found myself ready to retire from teaching, I took the plunge and went to school to become an agent myself. Since then, I've been told time and again by clients and other Realtors alike, that they appreciate my open and honest approach to real estate. I was shaped as a child by divorce, cross-country relocation, frequent moves, economic instability, and a difficult home life. I took a lot of that into my marriage, and moved from job to job and rental to rental for an entire decade. Eventually maturity caught up with me (or I with it) and I settled down, becoming a pastor and a public school teacher. Now, retired from both, I continue to educate and serve, only now real estate is my subject and my clients are my flock.
