Beth was born in Erie, Pennsylvania but moved to Corpus Christi as a child and fell in love with being a Texas girl! Raised in Sugar Land, Beth says she loves everything Texas has to offer and is happy to share her passion for the areas she has knowledge of with anyone looking to buy their next home - here, or anywhere in or surrounding the Houston area! Beth has a lengthy background in the real estate industry beginning over 20 years ago in the multi-family housing industry. She thrived as a top leasing consultant in new construction lease-up communities. Her expertise as a leasing professional moved her to property manager positions. This experience will serve her very well when it comes to assisting her clients in various real estate transactions scenarios. Carla is a native Houstonian and has worked as a seasoned Professional with over 28 years of Real Estate Property Management (Multi-Family) experience. During her years in the Multi-Family side of Real Estate, she has dedicated herself to helping families find the perfect home. She has now taken those many years of dedication and experience to helping families in the search of their perfect home in one of the many communities in the Greater Houston Metroplex. Sincere, dedicated, and passionate. Originally from Peru, I relocated to the United States 22 years ago, first to Florida for the initial 8 years, then on to Texas. I am fluent in English and Spanish and started teaching Spanish in both public and private schools when I moved to Texas. Prior to teaching my background was in accounting. An artist by heart, I love nature, travel, and animals. I have a little fur baby that gives me joy every day. Happily married with an amazing guy from Ohio.
