Working as an oil and gas landman in the early 2000's prepared me in many ways for real estate. This allows me to be a very effective negotiator in all situations. I became a Professional realtor in May of 2017 with Century 21 Hardee Team Realty. The training was great and coaches were outstanding. Through my time with them and my next brokerage Hardee - Team Realty I was able to hone my skills as a listing agent to become a better negotiator for my clients.
