Born and raised in Harlingen, Texas, I graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Interior Design and a minor in Art. I worked for a custom home builder in Austin in the 80's in the design department, was in food sales in Dallas in the 90's, and met my wonderful husband of 22 years, and ended up here in Northwest Houston and that's were we raised our 4 kids! 3 out of 4 graduated from A&M and U of H and the other decided to be a Mom! We are very proud of them as well as our adorable 6 grandkids, and 1 sweet dachshund (wienie dog), which keep me busy when I'm not doing real estate. My husband, Rick Williams. has joined me in real estate and we're looking forward to serving all your real estate needs.

Now that you know a little bit about me, let me get to know something about you so we can start our journey in the real estate world! My focus is on my clients' needs, and I will do what it takes to make everything a "win-win" for everyone so it really can be a "POSITIVE REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE!"

I specialize with new home buyers, move up buyers, senior living, corporate relocations, and of course, sellers who are moving up, downsizing and those with those sandwich generations! I can handle foreclosures, short sales, leases, whatever real estate needs you or your friends or family may have. I am a full time realtor, love my job, and want to be your preferred realtor!
