After studying business and real estate in college, she worked in new home sales before earning her license and jumping into real estate. While sales come naturally to Morgan, she knows real estate is about more than just closing. She listens well to clients, is caring when she needs to be and tough when she has to be.

Down-to-earth with a quick sense of humor, Morgan makes the buying and selling process a joy. Even as her friendly personality makes the transaction smoother, her determination and follow-through ensure that the deal is completed well and to her client's satisfaction.

Morgan is married to her high school sweetheart, has 2 beautiful children and many pets. Their free time is full of basketball and gymnastics.

Prior to my career in real estate, I performed in the commercial construction business for nineteen years, even do that I still have a construction company on the side, I am fully committed to my clients in real estate. I know that my real estate practice benefits from prior experience, I am extremely diligent and have a deep understanding of contract law and negotiation. I enjoy the personal relationships created with my clients; I believe all parties in a home sale transaction should be pleased with the outcome and strive to bring all parties to a compromise and agreement. What's something people are surprised to learn about me? I am also a co-founder of a non-profit family restoration organization and through this adding experience; I learned the true definition of a home.

I am passioned about my Real Estate carrier I love to help people to get the home they love and not the house they can get. I don't like to leave my clients money on the table.

I speak fluent Portuguese and enjoy working with Brazilians who are either relocating to Houston, or simply moving homes. The home process is made a lot easier when one's own language is spoken and I strive to make it as pleasant and painless as possible.
