I have been active in the Real Estate Business for many years. My goal is brings value to my clients and through my extensive experience in negotiations and experience in all aspects of selling Real Estate. I started working in my family Real Estate Business as a sales associate representing clients who were relocating to the Houston area. In my marketing I provided welcome packets, information prior to coming to the city and worked hard to make the Relocation process smooth and less stressful. When a person moved to the city, they were welcomed to the city as a waiting family member. I moved into management of my family business and I became owner of the company with the passing of my parents. I continued the family tradition. After many years working in this capacity, I decided I wanted to re establish my roots and get out of management and move back in sales. I closed the family business and worked for Coldwell Banker Realtors in the Houston area. At Coldwell Banker I was worked with many buyers and sellers find the perfect home. After many years at Coldwell Banker I changed Brokerages and am currently at Keller Williams Realty where i continue to. this day bring value to my clients, In recognition of my years of service in the Real Estate Business I was recently awarded Emeritus status by the National Association of Realtors. Kyla is a native Houstonian and a graduate of Houston Christian High School. She received a degree in Business Marketing from Texas A&M University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She has been voted by her peers in several positions of leadership throughout her career, as her reputation for being smart, levelheaded, and empathetic makes her an excellent advocate for others. She enjoys a love of food and travel, having visited over 30 countries in her lifetime, and is always eager to give restaurant and travel recommendations. She currently lives with her husband and two goldendoodles in the Heights.
Andy Tran was born right in the heart of Houston and lived here for 28 years. Andy has lived in North Houston to Alief and now reside in Sugarland Texas.
