Miriam holds a Military Professional Certification (MRP) which educates REALTORS® about working with U.S. service members and their families, plus veterans to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs and to take full advantage of available benefits and support. In addition, she holds a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) Certification which is specifically designed to enhance agents skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misconceptions they often have about home values. She is also part of professional real estate associations such as Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.
