Ellen Pool is a Realtor licensed since 2001, a multi-million dollar producer, and a specialist in new construction. She spent almost 19 years onsite with new home builders in the Houston and Dallas areas, and with her husband, owns a custom building company that focuses on operations in the Montgomery County area of Texas. Ellen was born and raised in Houston, and knows the city well. She and her family currently live in Magnolia, and are members of Grace Woodlands. LaQuitta was born and raised in Houston, TX and has lived in Houston all her life. So, she is very familiar with Houston and surrounding areas. She became a Realtor and a member of the National Association of Realtors, Houston Association of Realtors and Texas Association of Realtors in 2009. As she approached her 10-year mark as being a Real Estate Agent in 2019, she received her Real Estate Broker's license. In 2020 she became the Broker-Owner of Specialty Real Estate of Texas LLC. LaQuitta has earned a certification in Short Sales & Foreclosure and she is also a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist. She has also earned a designation as an Accredited Buyer's Representative, and earned an endorsement in Commitment to Excellence and conducts her business at the highest professional standard. Jason Binder moved to Houston, TX from his hometown of Rochester, MI. He received a BA in English Lit/Journalism from Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids, MI and proceeded to work in the fast-paced, upscale fashion apparel industry where customer service was an integral part of doing business. Jason believes one of the best services he can provide his clients is simply being available and ready to help answer questions and guide his clients through the real estate process.
