Dee Anne has been in Baytown since the age of 3, attending GCCISD schools and Lee College. She began her own bookkeeping/tax service business at the age of 22 and has continued to build her portfolio of experience. After selling her business of 17 years Dee Anne became business manager of The Baytown Sun from 1998-2005. From there she segued into the general contracting business from 2005-present. Obtaining her real estate license was a natural fit. She is enjoying this phase of her career and looks forward to helping you find your dream home, investment or commercial property. Dee Anne is a member of Memorial Baptist Church, Pilot Club of Baytown, Lifetime member of Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo and sits on numerous boards.

Nooruddin graduated with a degree in Master of Arts in Economics, and started his career in banking in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. After seventeen years of his career in banking in a management role in Dubai, Noor moved to Toronto, Canada, and lived there for ten years. Noor worked in the same field before moving to New York to join as a manager in a Wall Street bank. He was positioned in the retail and banking operations for over thirty-five years, and the last position held was as a Risk manager with a reputable International bank in Jersey City, New Jersey.

Through Nooruddin's years of employment with banks in US, Canada and in the overseas, he gained progressively responsible experience, knowledge of financial services and skills in a demanding financial business environment. He has an excellent track of customer service, tactful and discreet in dealing with customer needs in a timely and professional manner that appropriately helped in his Real Estate business.

In addition, Nooruddin was in the Real Estate business for several years with Coldwell Banker Realty, in Long Island, New York before moving to Houston, Texas. He continued his real estate business as a realtor in Houston, Texas with a high achieving plan. His goals are to assist people in Houston to fulfill their American dreams and make the home buying and selling process as smooth as possible by providing accurate and up to date market information to the clients and provide helpful real estate advice. He loves to meet new people, and make many friends of different cultures and backgrounds.

Nooruddin is a member of National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Houston Association of Realtors, Centralized Showing Service and Multiple Listing Service. The Realtor license issued to Nooruddin Jahangir is by TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission). TREC requires that all Real Estate brokers and sales agents meet and maintain specified levels of education to hold a license to act as a real estate agent. Agents are required to follow the provisions of The Real Estate License Act and the Rules of the Texas Real Estate Commission in all transactions and to deal with the public in a competent and honest manner.

Heather Hatfield's career as a real estate agent began in 1998 and got off to a quick and successful start. Recognized as Rookie of the Year in her first year, Heather then stepped away to take positions as Director of Sales and Marketing for 2727 Kirby and leasing director for Crimson, both luxury high-rise buildings in the River Oaks area. She has returned to being a full-time real estate agent and has been a consistent top producer ever since.



With additional experience in escrow, marketing, construction, and development, Heather brings a balanced and broad perspective of the Houston real estate market to her clients. She spent five years as direct associate to Diane Lokey, a Hall of Famer, and together they sold and closed over 250 million in properties during that time. Heather has participated in many complex transactions at the very top of the Houston market and prides herself on her discretion, patience, tenacity, and perseverance.

A graduate of The University of Texas, Heather grew up in Memorial and attended Stratford High School in Spring Branch ISD. She has resided in the Montrose, Midtown, and River Oaks Shopping Center areas for the last 22 years.



When not working, Heather enjoys traveling and spending time with her Bernese Mountain Dogs Hudson and Harris. As an avid sports fan, she also attends many major league baseball games, college football games, and PGA tournaments.
