Sandy is a Sun City Texas specialist and exclusive Buyer's Agent/Broker. When Del Webb started development of Sun City Texas in 1996, Sandy began working for the builder, first as Marketing Coordinator, responsible for all the print, radio, TV, online promotional materials and events. She then became licensed as an Escrow Officer and for seven years handled all of the closings for new homes in Sun City. She then worked for a small real estate brokerage that specialized as a Buyer's Agency exclusively in Sun City Texas.

In 2010, Sandy received her real estate license and utilized her expertise in Sun City to help buyers find their perfect home in Sun City Texas.
