A graduate of Texas Tech University, she held positions in economic development, marketing and graphic design, and public relations, all of which have laid a great foundation for LeeAnn's love of selling real estate. As a private pilot, I love that my husband and I can get in our airplane and fly in and out of the one of the most well-maintained airports in the country. We also love to watch various fly-ins throughout the year featuring commemorative war birds or newer model air craft. When not in flight, we love to enjoy a delicious meal at the airport diner! Born and raised in the great state of Texas, Missy is thrilled to now live in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Before moving to Fredericksburg, she spent her childhood in Houston and raised her family in Austin. After finishing her BBA, she ventured to New Orleans where she met her husband and returned with him back to her hometown. After retiring from the corporate world to raise their two girls, Missy became active as a volunteer at the girls' school and extracurricular activities. Upon becoming an empty nester, and before entering the real estate profession full time, she most recently helped non-profit artists receive funding through the Cultural Arts Division of the Economic Development Department in Austin.

Being the daughter of a commercial builder, Missy feels as if she belongs in real estate. And over the past three decades, she has actively purchased and improved properties, bringing them to a more useful and beautiful condition. She enjoys helping clients discover the potential of a "diamond in the rough" to make it their dream property, as much as walking clients through the intricate steps of new construction.

When she is not researching the market and helping clients, you may find her flexing her artistic muscle engrossed in a quilting project; riding "backseat" on our Harley Road King, enjoying the scenic Texas Hill Country, or managing their Fredericksburg vacation rental "Das Tejas".
