“The property sold quickly due to the location, price and updates made. Received 2 full priced offers after the first weekend listed. The three things I feel would have improved the process : 1. A simplified contract execution. Meeting after the sales contract was reviewed for accuracy by Agent to discuss, review and sign. All corrections could be made at that time versus numerous emails, calls, texts back and forth with printing reviewing, corrections, scanning and emailing by seller Emailing with docusign could be used after initial contract executed for amendments etc ... 2. Meeting with Agent after the Inspection / repair list emailed to discuss options 3. Receive a printed sales contract at closing for my records. Did receive emailed contract after request ”
