David Wallace

David Wallace was born and raised in the Houston/Harris County, Texas area. This has given him an opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses and people. As a graduate of Texas A&M, David worked for 25+ years in the oil & gas industry in executive positions. He became a licensed real estate agent in 2018.

I have over 50 years of local knowledge of the Houston area. I know the top neighborhoods, school districts and most importantly how to get in and around this huge city. David's experience hasn't always been in real estate. He has over 25 years in the oil & gas industry and 10 years as an officer in the US Army. A big part of Houston is the oil & gas business. We have people moving in and out of this area all the time due to company transfers and relocation. I know what these clients like and where they want to live.
