Upon graduating in 2006 with a finance degree focused on real estate, he moved to Dallas where he began working for Hillwood, a Perot company. Here, he focused on commercial real estate development and investments globally. Prior to graduating, he worked for various commercial real estate firms including The Stone Group CRE, Henry S. Miller Co., and CBRE|Melody where he gained a broad spectrum of experience and his interest in real estate grew. Steven and his wife Happiness have two beautiful daughters, Gianna and Hannah Grace, as well as their family pet Gatsby.
