With more than 17 years of interior design and construction experience, Brook brings 'that little extra something' to each transaction she handles. For sellers, presentation or 'home staging' is key, especially in a competitive market. Buyers, on the other hand, benefit from her training and background, especially with transactions involving renovations. Her real estate experience ranges from luxury homes & country properties to commercial properties. She also has extensive experience working with investment properties and understands the nuances of the process. Many investors have benefited from her expertise. Growing up in Oklahoma she always knew she would have a career in real estate. She literally grew up in real estate. Her father is a Broker/Appraiser and her mother is a Realtor. Her husband, Mike, owned a construction company for 38 yrs. and a cattle ranching operation 50+ years. They reside in Tomball.

Warm, real and energetic are just a few of the adjectives she would use to describe her unique style and personality. Staying positive and focused have always served her well, whether in her career or home life. With her 17 years of interior design and construction experience, both residential and commercial, she believes this benefit sets her apart! She loves working with buyers relocating to Houston, first time home buyers, sellers and has many investors with whom she helps purchase and sell investment properties.

She markets properties in the Greater Houston area specializing in the North and Northwest area of Houston.

She is married with three children - Chase, 34, married with a son & two daughters, also a U.S. Marine Veteran and currently a Texas Army National Guard recruiter, Toby married with twin sons and young daughter, 33 and Tyler, 20 attending UTSA in R.O.T.C. and a Texas Army National Guardsman. In her spare time, She enjoys wade fishing, gardening and socializing with friends. She is also active in her community and volunteers with two anti-sex trafficking ministries in Houston.

It was a natural and desired career change to pivot to Real Estate, where Keni continues to help others by providing high-level customer service in assisting her clients in finding their next home.
